Product Description

A fixed valve tray is a plate column internal with raised valve plates (fixed valves) directly stamped onto the tray. The valve plate and the tray are made from the same metal plate, with a specific opening shape and height formed through a stamping process. Gas is ejected from the openings on both sides or around the valve plate, contacting the liquid layer on the tray for mass transfer.
