Product Description

Cascade Mini Ring is a high-performance random packing material developed from Pall rings. Its name comes from its unique shape—one end of the ring has a conical or flared end, forming a distinct "stepped" structure. This seemingly simple change in shape, combined with the windows and inner tongue on the ring wall, allows Cascade Mini Ring to surpass Pall rings in both hydrodynamic performance and mass transfer efficiency.

Compared to Pall rings, the unique feature of Cascade Mini Ring lies in its asymmetrical geometry. One end of the ring has a slightly larger diameter than the other. This stepped design allows for better orientation of the packing particles when randomly stacked, reducing particle nesting, increasing the porosity of the packing layer, and thus significantly reducing gas flow resistance.
